Called many plumbing supply places most never answered phone the ones that did answer just took info and kept me on hold...which was annoying because it was a simple question of " do you have this part". I called Mas the person on line told me he had part ( which took all but 15 sec.) i told him i would be there. when i got there the part was waiting for me on the counter. If I ever need a part again this is where I will go to first. Very polite & professional
